Arum does not believe that Usyk can withstand Wilder’s punches
The famous promoter does not believe in the superiority of the Ukrainian world champion in a potential fight with the American.
Usyk will not stand a chance against Wilder if such a fight eventually takes place. Well-known promoter Bob Arum thinks so.
According to the official, the Ukrainian holder of the WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO titles cannot beat the American because he is too small. And the former world champion can only need one blow to win the match.
“Hei Wilder won’t even win a single round, but I wouldn’t wish my archenemy to fight him, because Deontay showed in his fights with Fury that he is a very tough opponent.
In their third fight, Fury confidently punched Wilder until Deontay knocks Tyson down twice. Of course, then Fury came to his senses and knocked him out, but still, Wilder is extremely underrated.
In my opinion, Usyk is too small for Wilder and he doesn’t seem to punch the way Deontay does. I’m inclined to see Wilder’s prospects in this fight,” Boxing News 24 quoted Aruma as saying.
