According to the information of the Russian publication, the head of the aggressor country, Putin, may speak today, September 20, with a statement about “referendums” in the “LDNR” and parts of the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions.

The speech is expected until the end of the day. It is not yet known what exactly the president of Russia, who started the war, will say. There was no comment on this matter from Putin’s press secretary Dmytro Peskov.

It will be recalled that the “LPR” voted to hold a “referendum” on joining the Russian Federation from September 23 to 27. The leader of the “DPR” Denis Pushylin said that they will hold their “referendum” on the same day.

In Kherson Oblast, the occupiers also announced the holding of a “referendum” on joining the Russian Federation.
