US President Joe Biden strongly criticized the head of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin, for his nuclear threats. He reminded that such statements are a violation of the regime of non-proliferation of nuclear weapons.
“Today, once again, President Putin is threatening Europe with a nuclear war. This is a gross violation of the non-proliferation regime (of nuclear weapons – ed.), and now Russia is calling new soldiers into its ranks to participate in this battle,” he said.
Biden also called the “referendums” organized by Russia in the occupied territories of Ukraine sham. He called on countries to help Ukraine and not to support Russian armed aggression.
