Sources of the publication state that there is no legal possibility to involve the Ukrainian side in the investigation. It is also reported that this would be against the procedures, as well as the interests of the investigation, which is considering all possible versions, including the fact that a Ukrainian anti-aircraft missile could have fallen.

Thus, the publication writes that politicians mislead the public when they say that not only Ukrainians, but also Americans are already involved in the investigation. In reality, there is nothing like it.

On November 18, Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba announced that Ukrainian experts are already working at the site of the incident in Poland.

However, Rzeczpospolita reports that Ukrainian investigators arrived in Przewodów at the end of the inspection carried out by Polish investigators and were able to see the remains of the rocket and funnel, but did not take any procedural action, as this is not possible under the law.

In addition, the State Secretary of the Office of the President of Poland Jakub Kumokh claimed that a Polish-American investigative team was working in Przewodów, and that the Ukrainians had also requested access to the investigation. However, there were no American experts on site – their role is to make public the secret materials of the system AWACS.

Yes, it is emphasized that rdecisions on the investigation and its directions are taken exclusively by the Polish Prosecutor’s Office. Even the head of the National Security Bureau, Jacek Sievera, admitted that although the participation of Ukrainian observers is possible, this does not mean that they will participate, explaining that “this requires compliance with justice and related procedures.”

With the participation of the Ukrainian side would be possible, but for this it would be necessary to create an international commission of inquiry.

In addition, publication sources close to the investigation report that Poland inthere are negotiations on the development of principles of cooperation, including issues such as the transfer of materials or the exchange of evidence.
